Dolores Casale

Dolores T. Casale (nee Scudiery), 90, of Roseland, died on February 6, 2020. Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Sunday from 1 pm through 4 pm in the Shook-Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068, shookfarmer.com. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday 10 am at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, Roseland with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. Born and raised in Newark, she settled in Roseland in 1968. Dolores worked as a claims specialist at Prudential in Newark in her early years. After the birth of her children, her full-time job was raising and enriching the lives of her family. She cherished the time spent with her family. Pre-deceased by her parents, Nicholas and Frances Scudiery, her husband, Pasquale Casale and her siblings, Maryann DiGiacomo, Joseph Scudiery, and Loretta Scudiery. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Dr. Lisa Casale and her husband Dr. Eric Daiter and Maria Casale and her partner Keefe Ward; loving grandsons, Eric Daiter and Matthew Daiter; dear siblings, Gloria Rogers and Victor Scudiery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org.
