Willis Franklin Conley

Mr. Willis Franklin Conley, 90, of Lincolnton Highway, Elberton, GA, husband of the late Elizabeth June Mobley Conley, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Conley was born in Logan, W. VA on January 16, 1926, son of the late Monroe and Fairy Conley. He was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Baptist minister. Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Deborah Talley and her husband Timothy of Elberton, GA; grandchildren: Chantel Callahan, Timothy "Bo" Talley, Amaya Talley, and James Williams; great-grandchildren: Alyissa Talley, Nathaniel Higgins, Hannah Callahan, Skylar Negrone, Aaron Williams and Addison Williams; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters. Funeral services celebrating his life will be 7:00 PM Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Chapmanville, W. VA. Entombment and Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM Friday in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum at Godby, West Virginia. Friends may call from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM Thursday at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Chapmanville. Those desiring may sign the online guestbook at www.berryfh.com.
