William “Frank” Clarke JUNE 16, 1958 – JANUARY 26, 2020 Peacefully, On Sunday January 26, 2020 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, William “Frank” Clarke of Vienna, Ontario passed away at the age of 61 years. Dearly loved father of Rose Marie Clarke of Tillsonburg and Bill Clarke (Kate) of St Thomas. Also survived by his granddaughters Allison and Isabell as well as his mother Adeline Clarke of Vienna, his sister Sarah Matschke and brothers Ivan, Tony and Carl. Predeceased by his loving wife Kathy (2000) and his father Ivan (2009). A Celebration of Life for Frank will be held at a later date.
