Jean Pauline (Roy) Pankoski passed away peacefully at the Wedgewood Retirement Residence on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the age of 89 years. She was the secretary for Dr. Lloyd Dennis at the Leeds and Grenville County Board of Education office in Brockville from 1968 until the 1980s. She and her husband, Fred Pankoski, also owned and operated the Graham Lake campground in Mallorytown, Ontario. Jean will be greatly missed by her husband and by her son, David Pankoski (Beth); grandchildren, Lisa Walker (John) and Kathleen Beretsky (Jon); brother, Bob Roy (Sally); and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Charlotte David.

A funeral mass for Jean will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 66 Church St., Brockville. A reception will follow at the Irvine Reception Centre, 4 James St. E., Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
