Hallie Biggs Richardson, 77, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Born February 16, 1942 in Woodford County she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Sylvania Davidson Biggs. Hallie was a graduate of Versailles High School and a former employee of Union Underwear Company in Frankfort. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Richardson, daughter, Helen Marie Spiegel, brothers, Clayton Biggs and Robert "Bobby" Biggs. Hallie is survived by her children, David Lee Richardson, Owenton, Brenda Howard, Paris, James Richardson, Jr., Frankfort, sister, Helen Richardson, brother, Eugene Biggs as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home, Derrick Sumerel officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am. Private burial for the family will be on a later date at Nonesuch Cemetery.
