Hattie Wadley

Mrs. Hattie Flora Wadley was born August 31, 1932 in Scott, Mississippi, the daughter of Jerry Humes and Hattie Baldridge. She went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at the age of 87 years. Hattie joined Rosehill Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Levi Patten. She was a faithful and dedicated member and loved her church family. The music ministry is where she served for many years, singing in the choir. After the passing of Rev. Patten, she continued her membership under the leadership of Pastor Murry Culberson. Hattie was a homemaker who dedicated her life to her family. She was nurturing and always present in the lives of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and celebrating holidays with family and friends. God blessed us with this wonderful gift for 87 years and we are forever grateful.
