Healdton - Memorial Services for Wanda Lea Bowen, 91,of Healdton are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Bethel Baptist Church of Healdton with Bro. Ollie Pierson officiating and Bro. Ron Elmore assisting. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton. <br><br>Wanda was born December 28, 1928, in Yeager, Oklahoma to the late Mr. Dawson "Doc" Graham and Mrs. Alma "Mom" (Lawyer) Graham. She departed from this life on Sunday, January 19, 2020, at Ardmore, Oklahoma.<br><br>Wanda was raised primarily in Holdenville and Garber. She attended Garber High School until the 11th grade. She married Mr. A. J. Bowen at the age of 17 and was blessed with two boys, Darrell Dewayne and Richard "Ricky". Wanda worked as a hair dresser for many years and later at the pants factory in Marietta where she rode the bus to and from work. While being blessed as a grandmother taking care of the grandchildren, she worked as a pet groomer for several years. She enjoyed watching Elvis movies and Dr. Quinn, and taking care of her fur babies. Wanda was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church of Healdton. <br><br>Preceding her in death are her parents; and brothers, Junior and Jerry Graham. <br><br>Wanda is survived by her sons, Darrell Dewayne Bowen and wife Caren, and Richard Bowen and wife Kathy; 5 grandchildren, Krystal Gonzalez and husband Johnny, Keila Pierson and husband Ollie, Rebecca Meredith and husband Brad, Matthew Bowen and wife Nicole, Miccah Barton and husband Jonathon; 10 great grandchildren, Dezlyn Jennings and husband Michael, Darian Gonzalez, Jacob Pierson, Ada Pierson, Judah Meredith, Silas Bowen, Dylann Gonzalez, Caitlyn Salazar, Mason Pierson and Hannah Meredith; 2 great great grandchildren, Novalie Luna and Phoenyx Jennings.<br><br>Honorary bearers will be Jacob Pierson, Mason Pierson, Brad Meredith, Johnathan Barton, Matthew Bowen, Kalem Auten and Michael Jennings. <br><br>Online condolences may be made to www.alexanderfuneralhome.org. <br><br>
