<p>Norma M Franks 100 of Manchester died peacefully on Wednesday January 15, 2020 at home. Born in Newark she resided in Point Pleasant Borough for 15 years before moving to Manchester in 1990. She worked for the Naval Air Station in Lakehurst for 20 years. She enjoyed many things including Bingo, traveling with friends, visiting Atlantic City, the Poconos and the Catskills. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed knitting and needlepoint. She was very fond of cats and was a Navy Wave. She is predeceased by her husband William H Jr in 1984. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Claudia & James Davis of Lakehurst; 2 grandsons, Jeremy and his wife, Jennifer, of Gales Ferry, CT, and Kevin & Rosemaur of Manchester; step-son, William Franks of MD; 2 great granddaughters, Brittany and Caitlynn; and 3 nieces & 4 nephews. Visitation is Monday 9-11 AM with an 11 AM service at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Interment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union.
