Thomas Edward "Eddie" Reeves

Thomas Edward "Eddie" Reeves, age 54, of Belcamp, Maryland died peacefully on January 15, 2020 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, he is the son of Judy (Lyles) Reeves Jones and the late Thomas Noel Reeves. He was a graduate of Wurzburg American High School in West Germany and a graduate of Towson University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He was an all-star high school athlete in Wrestling and Football. He also sang for the Kingsmen, an Aberdeen High School Ensemble. He enjoyed sports, movies and music of all genres, but most of all he was an avid Tennessee Football Fan "GO VOLS!". In addition to his mother, Eddie is survived by his three children, whom he lovingly referred to as “his babies.” Notably: Thomas Christian Reeves (wife, Allie), Olivia (Sissy) Noell Reeves and Grant Alexander Reeves; sister, Suerena Leigh Schaefer (fiancé, Michael Boone); brother, Noel Anthony Reeves (wife, Kelly); granddaughter, Mia Elizabeth Grace Reeves; nieces, Haleigh and Emma Schaefer; nephew Zachary Reeves and many cousins from Tennessee. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Wesley Lyles, grandmother, Augusta Rozella Lyles, grandmother, Hazel Ruby Reeves, grandfather, Thomas Edward Reeves and Pop, Kenneth Edward Jones. Visitation will be held under the caring guidance of the family owned and operated McComas Funeral Home, Abingdon, Maryland on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, from 1-2 pm with a memorial service to follow at 2 pm.
