Harold George Kluck

Harold G. Kluck Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from cancer at his home in Wescourt under hospice care. Age 89 years. He was born in Saginaw, February 26 1930, to the late Walter and Frieda (Zorn) Kluck. Harold attended Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw and graduated in 1948. He went through the short course at Michigan State University in Agricultural Study. Harold was drafted into the Army in 1951. He was honorably discharged in 1953. He married Dolores Meyer, September 20, 1958 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Harold joined the electrical union #557, making a life time of being an electrician. He got a real charge out of it. He loved his family dearly and had a true love for life. He was an avid traveler. He took his trusty van "Lurch" camping and going to many bluegrass music festivals. He was also an avid painter. He showcased many of his paintings at area art studios. He really enjoyed living at Wescourt. He loved visiting with the residents and staff. Harold is survived by his children, Karen (Kent) Christner, Pigeon, MI; and Brian Kluck. His grandchildren, Scott and Steven Christner; his sister-in-law, Sally Kluck, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother and his wife, Edward (Ruth) Kluck, his sister, Ellenor (Jack) Schaper and twin brother, Gerald Kluck. Friends may visit with family from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
