Funeral Services for Mrs. Loretta Jean Fitzgerald Hendrix, 81, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Trinity Baptist Church, West Monroe, with Rev. Purvis Rodrigues and Rev. Larry Eubanks officiating. Interment will be in Hasley Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West MonroeMrs. Hendrix died on May 10, 2016 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hendrix was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA. She was retired from the Ouachita Parish School System as a bus driver with over 30 years of service. Jean served as a past president of the Ouachita Parish School Bus Association and served on the state level as well.Jean was preceded in death by her father, Elzie Fitzgerald, her mother, Linne Mae Barnes Fitzgerald, husband, Mr. Richard Hendrix, 3 sisters and two brothers.Survivors: 4 Sons, Rick Hendrix, Randy Hendrix and wife, Kim, Daryel Hendrix and wife, Carol, and Todd Hendrix; Grandchildren, Randa Chaote, Randall Hendrix, T. J. Hendrix, Amanda Hendrix, Allyson Hendrix, Jason Hendrix, and Jacob Hendrix; great grandchildren, Kayla Risinger, Harley Choate, and Paxton Mayeaux; Brother, Robert Fitzgerald and wife, Debbie; Sister, Elsie Terral and husband, Benton; numerous nieces and nephews; special companion in her last years, Mr. Bobby MurphyPallbearers will be Randy Hendrix, Randall Hendrix, T. J. Hendrix, Jason Hendrix, Jacob Hendrix and J. R. ChoateVisitation will from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
