Judy S. Gallagher, 74, of The Villages, Howell Township died Thursday, December 4, 2008 at home. Mrs. Gallagher was born in Passaic and had resided in Asbury Park before moving to Howell Township eight years ago. She was an admissions and adoption counselor for the Monmouth County S.P.C.A., Eatontown. She was a graduate of Kimberley School, Montclair and Centenary College, Hackettstown. Her husband, Dennis J. Gallagher, III died in 1989. Surviving are a son, Sean T. Gallagher, Santa Anna, California; a daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Ken Koch, Freehold; and two loving granddaughters, Caitlin and Allison. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paterson.
