Cecil Proctor, 93, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016. He was born September 29, 1922 in Farmdale, FL to Will and Ollie Proctor. Cecil served as a Staff Sgt. in the United States Army during WWII, and was stationed in the Philippians. He enjoyed hunting, especially fox hunting, fishing and most of all, raising his two sons.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; son, Cecil D. Proctor Sr.; two brothers, Chester Proctor and Billy Proctor; and sister, Myrtice.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Randy Proctor & wife Kim of Parker, FL; grandson, Cecil D. Proctor Jr.; two grandchildren, Zoey and Elli Proctor; sister, Doris Braley of Parker, FL; and brother, Lester Proctor & wife Katherine of Parker, FL.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24 2016 at Parker Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 p.m. prior to the service.
