LeAnn Jewel Atkin, 64, of Lander, Wyoming died on December 29, 2019 in Lander, Wyoming. LeAnn was born June 16, 1955 to Donald Lewis Knifer and Dorothy Viola (Dunning) Knifer in Denver, Colorado. LeAnn was a resident of Lander for most of her life and was a graduate of Lander Valley High School. She worked for a period of time with American Scandinavian Student Exchange (ASSE) helping to place international high school students with local families. LeAnn was also an avid genealogist and loved spending time researching family histories. Preceded in death by her father Donald, sister Connie Clarady, brother Larry and son Joseph Sr. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Mark, mother Dorothy, brother Patrick, sister Jennifer, son Lewis (Maureen), daughters Corinne and Erin, grandchildren Joseph Jr., Braxton, Anessa, Kinzie, Karly, Shaylee, Amelia, Prentis, Thurlo and Caerhys and other family and friends.Obituary
