Donald Wayne Foster

Donald “Don” Wayne Foster, 57, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019.  A native of Winchester, Kentucky, he was born on July 22, 1962, to Betty Mae Foster Wise and the late Wayne Christopher.   Don was a veteran of the United States Army and owner of Fairview Market for several years.  He was also previously employed with CMT as a stage production leader.    In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter, Donna Foster Gura (Jesse)of Gainesville, Fl., one grandson, Henry Samuel of Gainesville, Fl., six siblings, Bobby Gene Dunn, Jenny (Tim) Philips, Charles Ray Wise, Connie (Becky Baker) Taulbee, Serina (Grant Gray) Wells and Alan Wingate; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.  He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Elmer Lewis Dunn and Jeffrey Ray Wise.  A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Hannah McClure Elementary School Gymnasium, 30 Beckner Street, Winchester, KY 40391.

I just heard of Donald passing on. We were friends through out school and somewhat afterwards. The big guy was always a special person in my eyes. Lost track through the years, but we would cross paths every few years. May you have a peaceful journey and be at rest.
