LORETTA TENER

Loretta M. Tener, age 81, of Plymouth, Indiana passed away at 5:59 p.m., on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at Memorial Hospital, in South Bend, Indiana. Loretta was born on August 22, 1933, in Plymouth, to Emil C. and Florence L. (Ludwig) Krull. Loretta became the bride of Ervin G. Tener in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on November 28, 1953. Ervin preceded Loretta in passing on December 13, 2000. Loretta was a bus driver, for over 40 years, for the Plymouth Community School Corporation. She was a member of the Plymouth Eagles for over 30 years, the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary of Culver, Indiana, for over 50 years, and a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church in Plymouth. Loretta is survived by her two daughters, Diane L. (Mike A.) Fisher of Plymouth and Deborah M. (companion, Dean Mullins) Finchum of Michigan City, Indiana; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. I'm very sadden to hear of Loretta's passing. She was a great lady who cared about everyone. What I will miss is her short visits to my house just to talk. She's a such lovely person whom I'll miss! RIP Loretta, you will be missed by my family dearly.

She one very special person I had in my young childhood life when I attended elementary school at west high elementary. Mrs. Tener I will miss you very much. Her smiles, and her understanding talks she was always there to listen and give you advise when you needed her.
