Eleanor R. Personius Age 80, of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away Dec. 26, 2019. Eleanor was born in Watkins Glen on June 1, 1939, the daughter of Perry and Lillian (Goodrich) Personius. She is survived by two sons, AJ Peters of Watkins Glen and Bill (Yolanda) Peters of Tennessee; sister Ruth Simpson of Watkins Glen; friend Linette (Daryl) Vary of Watkins Glen; friend and former husband Terry Messersmith of Millport; and five step-grandchildren. She enjoyed working at Mr. Chicken in Watkins Glen and retired after working there for almost 30 years. According to her wishes, there are no funeral services.
