Liddy Jones Fitz-Gerald of Castine Maine passed away quietly Saturday April 23rd at Blue Hill Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Maine sculptor Clark B. Fitz-Gerald. She is survived by her daughter Susan Clark and her son David Clark. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Clark. A long time Castine resident, she worked at the Witherle Memorial Library for many years. Liddy is remembered for her vibrant playfulness, curiosity and love of life. Her interest in the arts included her own nature inspired fabric and textile art as well as her support for her husband Clark's career. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Blue Hill Memorial Hospital.
