Rachel Nicole Baxter, age 23, died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 in Oklahoma City. She was born February 11, 1987 in OKC to Tom J. and Luann (Gatz) Baxter and grew up in the metropolitan area, attending high school in Shawnee. She had lived most of her adult life in the OKC area. She is survived by two sons Caleb and Malachi Baxter and one daughter Serenity Baxter, her mother Luann Gatz of Mustang, her father Tom Baxter and wife Brenda of Crowder, OK, two brothers Jeremy Bratcher and wife Lyni of Mustang , Eric Baxter of Moore and one sister Dallas Garrett of OKC. Also by her grandparents Lawrence and Janet Gatz of Union City and Roger and Wanda Bailey of Eufaula. Memorial Services will be held at 10am on Monday, October 18, 2010 in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at McNeil’s Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, Oklahoma.
