David “Dave” James Ramage died Monday, November 26, 2012 after a battle with cancer. He was born April 15, 1962 in Henryetta, OK to James R. and Shirley Y. Ramage. He was a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s High School and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds several professional licenses in the field of aviation. He was employed at Tinker AFB and currently at FAA as a Quality Control Inspector in Aviation Maintenance and Avionics. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Union City. Dave enjoyed Formula One racing and restoring old cars, but the love of his life was being “Uncle Dave” to his nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, nephew Matthew Rowland and aunt Dottie Ehorn. He is survived by his parents, sister Debi Rowland and husband Mark, and brother Rob Ramage and wife Beth and nephews and nieces Sam, Bill, Anna Rose, Jane and Audrey, as well as many other family members. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church located at 403 Kate Boevers Ave in Union City, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Joseph’s Church Youth Group or B.J.’s Pantry in Oklahoma City.
