David R. Fogell
<p>David R. Fogell, 89, of Cranston, RI, passed away peacefully at his home on November 12, 2025. Born on July 17, 1936, in Providence RI, David was the son of the late David and Helen (Baker) Fogell.</p><p><br></p><p>David is survived by his wife of 68 years, Anna Shirley (Costantino) Fogell. He is also survived by his five children, Susan Brito and her husband Napoleon, David R. Fogell, Jr., Sandra Maymon, Shirley Maymon and her husband Steven and Raymond Fogell and his wife Colleen.</p><p><br></p><p>David was the proud grandfather of twelve grandchildren including the late David Anthony Maymon. He was also the proud great-grandfather of fourteen great-grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>David proudly served in the United States Navy for four years. He then was a dedicated employee for Narragansett Electric Company for 30 plus years until his retirement in 1998.</p><p><br></p><p>David was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and spent many hours watching them play every season. David and Anna enjoyed many summers camping in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with his family.</p><p><br></p><p>David was the brother of the late Charles Fogell, Barbara Fogell McGuire, Arthur Fogell, Dorothy Fogell Costantino, Kenneth Fogell and Patricia Fogell Arnold.</p><p>David also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to attend David’s Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Peter’s Church, 350 Fair Street, Warwick, RI. Interment will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park Cemetery, Warwick, RI.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, donations in David’s name to the VNA Care of New England Hospice, ATTENTION: Philanthropy, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, RI 02886 would be appreciated.</p><p><br></p>July 17, 1936 - November 12, 202507/17/193611/12/2025
