<p>Mary R. Nichols, age 67, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 9:03 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.</p><p><br></p><p>Mary was a dedicated realtor in the Paducah area for over 33 years. She was deeply committed to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Paul J. Nichols; two daughters, Christy (Jeff) Woodall and Kelly (Bill) Derington, both of Paducah; and four grandchildren: Kayli Poll, Nathan (Karli) Poll, Dylan Derington (fiancée Halen Anderson), and Jenna Derington. Mary is also survived by one brother, Danny Wallis, and several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbern Wallis and Artie Nelson; two sisters, Doris Beavers and Joann Noles; and two brothers, Michael Wallis and David Wallis.</p><p><br></p><p>In accordance with Mary’s wishes, cremation will take place, and no services are scheduled at this time.</p><p><br></p><p>Online condolences may be left at www.lindseyfuneral.com.</p><p>Lindsey Funeral Home is honored to serve the Nichols family.</p><p><br></p>March 5, 1958 - July 11, 202503/05/195807/11/2025
