<p>Kenneth Ball 1932 - 2025</p><p><br></p><p>It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ken Ball, at the age of 92 on June 27, 2025. </p><p><br></p><p>Beloved husband of Beth (nee Shaver) for 65 years. Loving father of David (Tina), Steven (Kerry) and Carolyn (Dave). Dear Grandfather of Lauren (Cameron), Cameron (Meghan), Sharon (Kevin), Jennifer, Mackenzie (Ryan). Great Grandfather of Garrett, Justin and soon to be born, Hunter and Eloise. Predeceased by brother Vance Owen Ball, loving Uncle of Barbara (Barry), Gayle (Steve), Susan (late Doug) and Keith (Marg).</p><p><br></p><p>Ken had a long and successful career with Bell Canada and retired as a Manager of Engineering. Upon retirement, Ken and Beth moved from their home in Brampton, to Lake Waseosa, Huntsville transitioning their family cottage into a beautiful lakeside home. Ken was an avid outdoorsman with a particular passion for golf, hunting and fishing. In earlier years he enjoyed being a member of a bowling team with his brother, Owen. Ken was a loyal fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Maple Leafs. He loved his dogs, mostly Weimaraners, having more than 10 in his lifetime. Ken enjoyed travelling with Beth, in earlier years it was many trips out east on their Honda Gold Wing motorcycle and later, they were snowbirds heading to Florida with their fifth-wheel trailer. Ken was a member of the Huntsville Downs Golf Club and Tiny Marsh Pheasant Hunters. </p><p><br></p><p>A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
