<p>In loving memory of Lora Faye Edwards (Clark), a beacon of light and love who graced this world from November 29. 1959. to June 23. 2025. Lora was a cherished daughter. sister, mother. and friend whose presence brought joy to all who knew her. Born in the quaint town of Delhi, Louisiana, to Martha Williams (pre-deceased) and Charlie Clark (pre­ deceased). She graduated from East High school in Rochester, NY and went on to secure employment at Strong Memorial Hospital also located in Rochester NY. Lora worked at Strong for a number of years. Lora enjoyed dancing, cooking and traveling. She was raised in a close-knit family that instilled in her the values of compassion. integrity. and perseverance. She met and married Gordon Alexander Edwards Sr (pre­ deceased) and through that union bore 2 sons Gordon Alexander Edwards Jr. and Renell Edwards. Lora's warmth and generosity knew no bounds, and her gentle spirit touched the lives of everyone she encountered. If you knew her well, you knew her to be direct yet loving. Throughout her life, she could be seen gathering family together for various activities. Lora was a devoted (granny) to her beloved grandchildren, a nurturing mother, a sister and a loyal friend to many. She found immense joy in simple pleasures, whether it was spending time with family, cooking meals for her loved ones, or sharing laughter with friends over a cup of coffee. As, we bid fare-well to Lora, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Her legacy of love, kindness, and compassion will continue to inspire us all. Lora is survived by her 4 siblings. (Micheal Clark, Brenda Clark, Cynthia Marie Inman and Angela Jingles). loving family and a host of friends who will forever cherish her memory. As we gather to honor Lora's memory, let us take comfort in the knowledge that she is at peace, surrounded by the love of her heavenly Father. Lora's life 1uay have come to an end, but her legacy will endure for generations to come,a testament to the power of Love to transcend even the boundaries of mortality In honoring Lora Faye Edwards extraordinary life, let us celebrate the countless moments of happiness and wisdom she imparted.
