<p>In Loving Memory of Jacklyn Kay Brotcke</p><p>May 20, 1943 – July 3, 2025</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>Jacklyn Kay Brotcke, a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, Air Force veteran, and dedicated nurse, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. She was 82 years old.</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>Born on May 20, 1943, Jacklyn lived a life defined by service, compassion, and strength. She served her country honorably in the United States Air Force and later continued her life of care and dedication as a registered nurse.</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>Jacklyn was married to the love of her life, Paul Brotcke, for 58 wonderful years. She was the loving mother of Sara (John) Heartlein, Amy Brotcke, and Mark (Laurie) Brotcke, and Grandma to Bridget, Mary Grace, Charles, and Jordan.</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>Jacklyn will be remembered for her deep love for her family, her lifelong commitment to helping others, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met.</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>A service will be held to celebrate her life at Bopp Chapel on Monday, July 7th at 2 p.m. with a visitation to follow from 3-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Whole Kids Outreach, a charity she cared greatly about to support kids in rural Missouri. https://www.wholekidsoutreach.org/donate</p><p><br></p><p></p><p>She will be buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
