<p><p>Carol (Bouchard) Ott passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 2nd&nbsp;2025.&nbsp; Carol was born in Bridgeport, CT in 1937&nbsp;to Lee and Estelle (McCabe) Bouchard&nbsp;before moving to Upper Darby.&nbsp; She attended St. Cyril’s School where she was honored to be the May Queen.&nbsp; She then went to West Catholic&nbsp;High Schoolfor Girls and graduated in 1955.&nbsp; She married her husband Phil in 1958 and spent 59 years together.</p> <p>Carol raised her 6 children in East Lansdowne where she was a homemaker to a very&nbsp;active&nbsp;household.&nbsp; In 1981, she gained new life with the arrival of her 1st grandchild, with many to follow.&nbsp;&nbsp;She took great pride in being a member of the St. Cyril Choir and when she moved to Garnet Valley, she became a member of the St. Thomas the Apostle, Glen Mills choir.</p> <p>Carol is survived by her daughter Joanne Magowan (Steve) of Beaufort, NC,&nbsp;son&nbsp;John (Joanne) of Media,&nbsp;son&nbsp;Michael of New&nbsp;Mexico, daughter&nbsp;Carol of North Pole, AK and son-in-law Edwin&nbsp;Winter,&nbsp;of&nbsp;Garnet Valley.&nbsp; She is also survived by her brother-in-law William (Mary) and Sister-in-law Dolores.&nbsp; She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and her nieces,&nbsp;nephews&nbsp;and cousins.</p> <p>Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Fillmore J. Ott, her brother Roy Bouchard, her son, Philip J. Ott, daughter Patricia A&nbsp;Winter,&nbsp;daughter&nbsp;Baby Ott, her granddaughter Anne Elizabeth Magowan, and her grandson Alexander Ott.</p> <p>Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, July 8th 10:30am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Road<br> Glen Mills, PA 19342&nbsp;with burial to follow at St. Thomas the Apostle Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol’s name to St. Jude’s Hospital of Children.&nbsp;Condolences can be sent to 40&nbsp;Langstoon Lane, Media, PA 19063.</p> </p>
