<p>Sammy Keith Parmley, age 97, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in Manchester, TN.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Parmley was born in Coffee Co., TN, to his late parents Robert Flynn Parmley and Irene Parks Parmley. He worked as an engineer at Cleveland Pneumatics in Tullahoma and was very enthusiastic about his work. Mr. Parmley served our country in the United States Navy in WWII in the Aleutian Islands. He was a member of Hillsboro Methodist Church and a member of Hillsboro Masonic Lodge #382. Mr. Parmley enjoyed fishing in his free time and enjoyed reading a good book.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Elizabeth “Monk” Harris Parmley; sister-in-law, Madge Harris; and two brothers.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Parmley is survived by a daughter, Linda Storey; caring in-laws, Barbara and Willie Harris; grandchildren, Brian Keith Storey (Sue “Ruby Sue”) and Jonathan Harold Storey (Jenn); great grandchildren, Aislin Storey, James Storey, Ben Storey, and Katie Storey; several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held Monday, July 7, 2025, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services with Masonic service will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 10:00am in the chapel of Central Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, TN.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hillsboro Methodist Church, 305 Winchester Hwy., Hillsboro, TN 37342 or to the Hillsboro Masonic Lodge #382, 7790 Hillsboro Hwy., Hillsboro, TN 37342.</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to express gratitude for the staff at Central Funeral Home.</p><p><br></p><p>Central Funeral Home is honored to serve the Parmley family, 931-723-7774, centralfuneralhome.com</p><p><br></p>
