<p>SARDINHA, Angelina (nee Picherri), age 66, a lifelong resident of Garfield, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, surrounded by her two daughters by her side. Angelina shared her kindness and vibrant spirit with so many over the years, working as a beautician for over 20 years at Joey’s Salon in Lodi, where she formed lasting friendships. She was also a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church in Garfield.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Angelina is predeceased by her beloved father, Frank Picherri, and her nephew, Kyle. Her memory will live on through the love of her devoted husband of 45 years, Isaias, her two daughters who meant the world to her, Amanda Galazzo and husband Corrado, and Danielle Sardinha-Orellana and wife Dayana. She also leaves behind her loving mother, Lena Picherri, her adored grandchildren, Lorenzo and Makenna, and her dear siblings, Michael, Marie, and Donna.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Angelina will be deeply missed by her extended family, godchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends whose lives she touched with her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 to 6 pm. The funeral will take place on Monday, July 7, 2025, gathering at the Aloia Funeral Home at 9 am, followed by a 10 am Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin RC Church in Garfield. Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The Sardinha family is in the care of the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
