<p>Robin passed from the loving arms of her husband Warren, into the eternal loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus, on Sunday afternoon, June 22nd.</p><p><br></p><p>Robin met Warren at Bethel Lutheran Church, Middleburg Heights in 1967. They were high school sweethearts and were married at Bethel in February 1970.</p><p><br></p><p>Robin was generous and loving, a people-person. She loved being a Mom and Grandma, and treasured time with her children and grandchildren. There are many memories of laughter, road trips, &amp; treats (usually ice cream), but also quiet times of smiles, hugs, good food and every day joy.</p><p><br></p><p>Robin also loved SPEED; she had the need for speed - whether riding on the back of her brother David's motorcycle, driving her stick shift Mustangs, riding in her son's convertible roadster, or doing donuts in the middle of Clearfork lake in her pontoon boat. Robin loved being on or near water, and was thrilled to have moved close to Lake Erie again.</p><p><br></p><p>Robin worked many positions in the business world over her lifetime; Dairy Queen, secretary at a rod &amp; fastener company, phone switchboard operator at a Lincoln-Mercury dealership, Tupperware home sales, church office assistant, trust-fund computer setup, bookkeeper at a mall operation company, bookkeeper at Worthington Industries, business marketing company owner, and finally managing the accounting &amp; bookkeeping at her husband's plumbing and boiler repair company.</p><p><br></p><p>Robin was preceded in death by her father Louis Gorman, mother Lois (Beetler) Gorman, brother David Gorman, daughter Susan Lynn Gerhart, father-in-law Elmer Gerhart and mother-in-law Doris (Williams) Gerhart.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Warren Gerhart, daughter Marla Beale (Joe), son Michael Gerhart (Tonya), 10 grandchildren; Audrey Knight (Jordan), Joe jr, Joy, Thomas, Benjamin, Merry, &amp; Karissa Beale, Matthew, Ian,&amp; Ryan Gerhart as well as her brothers Dan and Don Gorman, sister Vyvian Blackburn, brothers Ernest Garner Jr, Rickie and Randy Garner, and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends and family are invited to call from 10:00 -11:30am, Tuesday, July 8th at Anchor Church, 32607 Electric Blvd., Avon Lake, OH 44012. There will be a memorial service at 11:30am and meal immediately following. Flower deliveries will be accepted at the church on Tuesday, July 8th from 9am to 10am.</p><p><br></p>
