<p>Alfred M. Booth, age 87, of Galion passed away Tuesday May 7, 2025 at Magnolia Terrace.</p><p><br></p><p>Born March 24, 1938 in Ford City, PA he was the son of the late David E. and Laura L. (Ricket) Booth. He married Jo Ann Chambers on May 8, 1964 and she survives.</p><p><br></p><p>Alfred worked for 43 years at PPG in Crestline as a furnace operator before retiring. He enjoyed towing his camper across the country to visit all 50 states and also traveled around the world. He was a member of the Rock Club in Arizona where he and Jo Ann lived for 25 years.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Michael (Tabatha) Booth, grandson Andrew Booth and numerous nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 7:00 PM Friday May 9, 2025 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 S. Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday May 10, 2025 with Pastor Christine Burns officiating, Burial will follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 125 E.
