Beloved wife of Michael Patrick Connelly; loving mother of Brian Connelly and Matthew Connelly; cherished grandmother of Shea Elizabeth and Daniel Bud Connelly; dear sister of Chuck (John) Limbert, Marimarie (Dr. Frank) Konicek and the late Wayne Limbert; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Born in Chicago to her loving parents the late Wayne and Catherine Limbert. Jacqueline will be missed by the Connelly, Ambrose, Limbert and Konicek families and her friends and neighbors in Clarendon Hills. Visitation Monday, May 12th, 9:45 AM until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at Notre Dame Church, 64 Norfolk Avenue, Clarendon Hills, IL. Interment Bronswood Cemetery, Oak Brook, IL.
