Edwin John Roeder Edwin John Roeder, 87, of Herndon, KY died at 7:48 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at his residence. Funeral Mass will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Father Greg Trawick officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at the church. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. A native of Millersburg, IN he was born April 17, 1931 the son of the late Charles John Roeder and Lelia Beatrice Powell Roeder. He owned and operated Roeder Implement Company from 1964 – 2014. He was a United States Army veteran having served in the Korean War. He was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church and the Antique Tractor Club. Survivors include his wife: Kathleen Balbach Roeder; his sons: Delbert (Kim) Roeder of Trigg County, KY, Ronnie (Rita) Roeder of Hopkinsville, KY, and Glenn (Michelle) Roeder of Sarasota, FL; his brother: Albert (Evelyn) Roeder of Herndon, KY; his ten grandchildren: Daniel (Jackie) Roeder, John Edwin (Jennifer) Roeder, Raye (Jay) Latham, Adam (Amber) Roeder, Ross (Paige) Roeder, Lisa (Thomas) Payne, Jennifer Roeder, Michael Roeder, MaryElizabeth Roeder, and Bradley Roeder; and his eight great grandchildren: Anna Caroline Roeder, Ryan Elizabeth Latham, Wyatt Cole Roeder, Charles Henry Roeder, Paislee Faith Roeder, Clara Marie Roeder, Reagan MaKenzie Latham, and Aiden Stephen Roeder. Memorial contributions are suggested to Pennyroyal Hospice 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
