<p>Maria Kadzielawa ( nee Taraska ), 80, died Saturday, April 12, 2025.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Poland, she lived in Newark and Irvington before moving to North Arlington in 1987.</p><p><br></p><p>She worked as a certified nursing assistant in the neonatal intensive care unit at Clara Mass Medical Center in Belleville for 42 years before retiring in 2011.</p><p><br></p><p>She was a member of the Rosary Society at Sacred Heart Church in Irvington.</p><p><br></p><p>Maria was the beloved wife of Feliks Kadzielawa; the devoted mother of Paul Kadzielawa, and Diane Blachut and her husband Michal; and the dear sister of Zofia Suder, Anna Oczkos, Stanley Taraska, Nora Zagata, Margaret Taraska, and the late Andrzej Taraska.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Rd., North Arlington on Wednesday, April 16th at 8 a.m. thence to St. Michael’s Church, Lyndhurst for the Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
