She loved the students there and saw that no students went hungry. She loved her family and spending time with them, especially her granddaughters. She was always bragging about their accomplishments. She prayed for enough time to see them through school. Kathy and Don were the adventurous kind. During their motorcycle period they, along with their friends, rode on extended trips. They were quite a site, the two of them along with their little dog, rolling down the highway with their do-rags on their heads. Soon an RV replaced the bike and they became avid weekend campers. They loved attending church at Briceville First Baptist where they were loved by all. Kathy's presence will be deeply missed there. Her passing leaves a great void in both family and friend's lives, We will miss the twinkle in her eyes and her slow drawl as she relates a funny happening, keeping all laughing.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev.
