<p>Anson Lee Salsman, 48, of Meshoppen, Pa. passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Guithrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa. He was born on Thursday, October 19, 1976, in Montrose, Pa., the son of Richard and Darlene Johnson Salsman. He loved hunting, fishing and cutting wood. He was like a teddy bear and would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Darlene Johnson Salsman of Meshoppen, Pa., his children; Christian Salsman of Meshoppen, Pa. and Emily Salsman of Georgia and his stepsister, Terry Salsman of North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ryan Salsman, his special cousin, Brandy Johnson, his maternal grandparents, Max and Betty Russick and his paternal grandparents, Howard and Vera Salsman. Anson also gave the gift of life because he was an organ donor. All funeral arrangements are private. </p>October 19, 1976 - February 20, 202510/19/197602/20/2025
