<p>Anne L. Spencer, 91, of New Martinsville, WV took the next step on her journey on Sunday, February 16, 2025 while at Specialty Select Hospital in Wheeling, WV.</p><p><br></p><p>Anne was born July 22, 1933, in Proctor, WV daughter of the late Vincent J. Baker and Hilda L. (Bickar) Baker Tuttle.</p><p><br></p><p>She was a homemaker, a volunteer aide for New Martinsville Ambulance Squad for many years, an avid quilter and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in New Martinsville.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Kenneth Hohman and Harold Spencer and her oldest son, Ronald “Ronnie” Hohman.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving is her sister, Freda Eliason of Gallipolis, OH; four children, Marilyn (John) Weigand of Proctor, WV, Steve (Cathy) Hohman of Proctor, WV, Sharon (Carson) Hollida of St. Clairsville, OH and Elaine (Kenny) Nelson of Elkview, WV; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, February 22, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr.
