<p><p>Nadege Fifa Bah, 44, of Lexington, Massachusetts, passed away on January 23, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.</p><p><br></p><p>Born on October 15, 1980, in Cotonou, Bénin, to Valérie Folly Bah and Ambroise Bah, Nadege’s presence was a source of warmth, joy, and resilience to all who knew her.</p><p><br></p><p>After obtaining her high school degree in Bénin, she went to study at the Université de Paris, Nanterre where she obtained an associate degree in economics. In 2004, she moved to the United States, dedicating herself to caring for others—first as a residential counselor for individuals with disabilities and later as a dedicated member of the U.S. Postal Service in North Reading, MA.</p><p><br></p><p>In 2007, Nadege met William Agassounon, with whom she built a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Together, they raised their three beloved children—Liam, Meghan, and Michael—who were the heart of her world. A devoted mother, Nadege created a home rich in love, traditions, and the simple joys of everyday life. She had a deep passion for cooking, exploring fashion, and traveling, but nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her children.</p><p><br></p><p>Nadege was predeceased by her sisters Firmine and Reine. She is survived by her loving spouse, her cherished children, her siblings, Ambroisine, Audry, Hugues, Gildas, and Roseline, and eleven nephews and nieces. Her kindness, quiet strength, and boundless love will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours in the DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass. Ave., ARLINGTON on Wednesday, February 5th from 4:00 - 6:00 pm and to her Funeral Mass at St. Brigid Church in Lexington on Thursday, February 6th at 10 am. Please meet at church. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, in her honor.</p></p>
