<p>Kenneth Eugene Bullard, 68, of Wilburton, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 in Muskogee.</p><p><br></p><p><b>A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at the Jones Harkins Funeral Home Chapel.</b></p><p><br></p><p>Kenneth was born on February 9, 1956 in Ft. Chaffee, Arkansas to Virgil Wayne Bullard and Wanda Lou (Forwoodson) Bullard.</p><p><br></p><p>Kenneth graduated from Wilburton High School with the Class of 1974. He immediately joined the United States Air Force where he retired in 1995 as a Master Sergeant. Following his retirement from the United States Air Force, Kenneth began working for Lockheed International where he worked as the technical advisor and liaison for the F16’s all over the world.</p><p><br></p><p>In his free time, Kenneth was a car fanatic who always had a car restoration project or two going on along with a TV Show and/or a movie recommendation.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his two daughters: Brandy Bullard of Manor, Texas, and Summer Bullard of Anaheim, California; grandchildren: Sophia Bullard, Stage Watkins, Storm Watkins, and Sicily Watkins; his mother, Wanda Lou (Forwoodson) Bullard of Wilburton; his brothers: Roy Bullard and Mary of Wilburton, Karl Bullard and Cindy of Edmond, Troy Bullard and Annette of Wilburton; his sister, Jackie Bullard of Wilburton; car buddy and mentor, Carl Dean Woodridge; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and many friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Kenneth is preceded in death by his father, Virgil Bullard; sister, Jewelie Bullard; paternal grandparents: Otto and Ethel Bullard; and maternal grandparents, Amos and Jewl Forwoodson.</p><p><br></p>February 9, 1956 - January 13, 202502/09/195601/13/2025
