<p>Barry L. Wile, age 75, of Harborcreek, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. He was born in Butler, PA on July 7, 1949, son of the late Ronald and Dorothy Wile.</p><p><br></p><p>Barry graduated from Keystone High School in Knox, PA and then came to Erie to work at General Electric. He was employed there for 42 years until retiring as a Business Leader in Building 18. Barry was an active member of Harborcreek First Presbyterian Church and the Harborcreek Fire Department. He enjoyed spending time at his hunting camp with his friends and eating out with his breakfast buddies. He especially loved the time he spent with his family and grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Barry is survived by his wife of 54 years and the love of his life, Jane McHenry Wile. They were married in Foxburg Methodist Church on May 23, 1970. He is further survived by two daughters: Amy Faulkner (Scott) and Holly Hedlund (Rodney); two sisters: Debra Hartman and Pam Brinker; one brother, Roger Wile (Dora); five grandchildren: Seth and Taylor Faulkner, and Danny, Jessie, and Janie Hedlund; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by a sister, Beth Wile.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral & Cremation Services Harborcreek, 5151 Buffalo Rd. (at Hannon Rd.) on Wednesday, December 4th, from 5 PM until the time of the funeral service there at 7 PM. Further visitation will be held at Hile Funeral Home, 802 Grove St., St. Petersburg, PA on Thursday from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service there at 1 PM.
