<p>Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of death I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff that give me courage. </p><p><br></p><p>Nora Cline Neal a devoted wife, mother and grandmother passed away November 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in New Roads, La. at the age of 98 years old. She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Dickinson (John Ray, Sr), Pamela Lurry (Johnny), Stacie Debetaz (Shane) and Shannon Brown (Tim), one son Frankie Neal (Darlene) and a son in law Sal Cashio. Grandchildren Gidget Bordelon (Robert), John Ray Dickinson, Jr. (Denise), John Lurry Jr. (Tonya), Hope Cashio, Cassidy Cashio (Melodi), Derek Neal (Sharai), Garrett Neal (Isabella), Hayden Neal (Kate), Caitlin Neal, Cody Debetaz, Courtney Debetaz (Chavanne), Elizabeth Brown and Noah Brown. Great-Grandchildren Justin Bordelon (Candace), Jordan Bordelon (Meghan), Harley Bordelon (Libby), John Dickinson, III, Connor Dickinson, Kennedy, Blakeley and Layne Lurry, Cassie Catlett (Joey), Maddie and Christopher Cashio, Tyler Cashio (Harley), Taylor Cashio, Preslie LeJeune, Trevor Williams, Rowan, Breck and Andi Kate Neal, Hess and Jules Debetaz. Great Great Grandchildren Ayden, Weston, and Emarie Bordelon, Cynthia Rose Cashio, Beau and Amelia Catlett. Nora is also survived by her sisters in law Wilma Carroll, Martha Neal and Opal Neal and a number of nieces and nephews. Nora is preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years Wesley Neal, her daughter Darlene Cashio, her father and mother Frederick and Modeste Cline, her brothers, Webster, Fred, Arthur and Roland Cline, her sisters Irene LeJeune, Orlene Boudreaux, Rowena Johnson, her father-in-law and mother-in-law James and Lillian Neal. The family would like to send a special thanks to some special ladies who took such wonderful care of our mother, Ms. Gwen Bailey, Ms. Joyce Hampton, Ms. Betty Franklin, Ms. Staci Gremillion, Patrice Jarreau, Jillian Andre and Ms. Annie Lewis we are forever grateful to you, also to the staff of Lakeview Manor Nursing Home. </p><p><br></p><p>Pallbearers will her grandsons. </p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held Friday, November 29th, from 9-10 am with a funeral mass at 10 am at St. Ann Catholic Church in Morganza, Louisiana, by Fr Babu.
