April Davis
<p>April Davis was born on August 14, 1981 in Bennettsville, South Carolina located in Marlboro County. She was the daughter of the late Mary Ellen Covington Davis and Jessie James Watson. She accepted Jesus Christ early in her life as her Lord and Savior. April was a lifelong member of Greater St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Bennettsville. April was educated in the public school system in Marlboro County and graduated from Marlboro County High School in the Class of 1999. She furthered her education by attending South Carolina State College located in Orangeburg, South Carolina where she received her degree in Nursing. April was also an active member of both Eastern Star and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She was a dedicated Nurse and had a great love for her patients. She was employed at Caresouth Carolina, Inc. located in Society Hill, South Carolina. She enjoyed watching sports and she liked watching USC College basketball games. She was fond of the Dallas Cowboys. She enjoyed helping people in anyway that she could. April also enjoyed cooking and would say, "Nobody cooking tasted as good as hers." On November 21,2024 while at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee located in Florence, South Carolina, the sweet spirit of April Davis responded to the Master's call from labor to reward. She leaves to cherish her loving memories, but not limited to: her two daughters, Vaucheria Davis-Brown and Destinee McCall both of the home; six sisters and five brothers; her little puppy, Kash; along with other close relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024- 12 Noon at Berea Baptist Association Convention Center- 1062 SC Hwy 38 - Bennettsville, SC 29512 with interment in Ideal Cemetery located in Bennettsville. </p>August 14, 1981 - November 21, 202408/14/198111/21/2024
