<p>Margaret Peden Little</p><p>April 12th, 1944- October 1st, 2024</p><p><br></p><p>It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret Little October 1, 2024 at the Bonavista Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.</p><p><br></p><p>Margaret was born in Scotland, UK and was raised in Catalina. Bob & Margaret was married on April 25, 1963 in Catalina, where they started a family and then moved to Bonavista in December 1966.</p><p>She worked in a bakery in her younger years and then a homemaker. A devoted wife and mother, dedicated her life to her family and children. They shared a lifetime of memories, travel, camping and fun times. </p><p><br></p><p>Left to mourn with broken hearts are:</p><p>Husband - Robert</p><p>Son - Robert Jr. (Connie, Grandson - Shannon (Holly))</p><p>Son - Brian</p><p>Daughter - Kim Burry (Brian, Granddaughter - Robhen (Andrew) - Great-Granddaughter - Maggie)</p><p>Daughter - Cathy Rogers (Kent, Grandson - Matthew)</p><p><br></p><p>Margaret is predeceased by her</p><p>Son - Anthony Little</p><p>Mother and Father - Anthony & Jean Stagg</p><p>Sister & brother in law - Irene & Hansen Dalton</p><p>Sister In-law - Joyce Stagg</p><p><br></p><p>A big thank-you to all of Margarets extended family & friends during these difficult days, weeks & months before her passing. </p><p>Thank-you to Bonavista Hospital Staff & Strathies Funeral Home for their professionalism, compassion and care during this difficult time.</p><p><br></p><p>Go Rest high on that mountain!</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd from 2:00- 4:00pm and Friday, October 4th from 10:00am- 12:00pm.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 4th at 2:00pm from Strathie's Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Memorial United Cemetery.</p>April 12, 1944 - October 1, 202404/12/194410/01/2024
