<p>Nina Andersen, 91, of Mount Prospect passed away peacefully on September 30, 2024. Beloved wife of the late William Andersen. Loving mother of Traci (Donald Justin Donner) Greiff-Donner. Cherished grandmother of Alexander, Derek, and Jenna Greiff. Dear sister of the late Dorothy Solari and the late Eugene Cesarotti. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Nina worked at Montgomery Ward in the 60’s and modeled for the Wards catalog before becoming a mother and housewife. Nina also worked as a paralegal at Nudo, Poteracki in Park Ridge.</p><p><br></p><p>She was active in her church and PTA, enjoyed time on a bowling league throughout the 1970’s & 80’s and playing cards with her longtime friends, which continued well into her senior years. Nina was an amazing caretaker for many family members and pets throughout her life and an exceptional grandmother, never missing an important event or milestone. We will miss her smile, sassiness and zest for life!</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation Friday, 10:30 a.m. until Funeral Mass 12:00 p.m. at St. Zachary Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd., Des Plaines.
