<p>Felita "FeFe" Jovan Bailey was born on October 26, 1998, to Odessa Bailey and Leon Hayes in Amarillo, Texas. Felita relocated to Dallas as a young girl and graduated from Mesquite High School Class of 2017. </p><p>Felita was so full of life and the ultimate "hype man" with a smile and laugh so contagious that could light up any room. She enjoyed eating, singing, dancing, shopping and spending time with her family. She attended Eastfield College and was currently working towards her certifications as a Dental Hygienist. </p><p>Felita was employed by Tyson Foods, for the past eight months living here in Amarillo, Texas. Felita relocated to Amarillo, Texas in January 2024 to spend time with her grandmother and to be closer to family. </p><p>Felita is survived by her mother, Odessa "T" Bailey; father, Leon (Heather) Hayes; grandmothers, Felita Bailey, Brenda Freeman and Sondra Askew; grandfathers, Dale Roy Degrate, Ronnie Finney and Leon Savage; sisters; Ja'lya Hayes, Jakayla Hayes and Courtney Carter; brothers, Demajiae Bibles, Demorian Cohea, JaTayn Hayes, Javion Hayes, Jayden Hayes, Amari Hayes, Kobi Hill and Leontre Hayes and a host of family and friends. </p>October 26, 1998 - August 31, 202410/26/199808/31/2024
