<p>Hobart “Hoby” J. Rosier, 60, of Belleville, IL, born February 24, 1964, in East St. Louis, IL, died Monday, September 2, 2024, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Rosier was vice president of manufacturing operations at Oryxe International, Inc. He had been a valuable member of the leadership team since 2009. Hoby enjoyed music and was an avid guitar player and drummer. He was an animal lover and had a special fondness for his two dogs, Roscoe and Bella. Most importantly he loved his family.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Owen Rosier; and a sister, Cheryl Lynn Corey.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his son, Joshua James Rosier;&nbsp;his mother, Betty, nee Barman, Wolz;&nbsp;six siblings, LeAnn (Randy Rehmer) Alexander,&nbsp;Charles Kenneth Corey, Linda Kay Shelton,&nbsp;Kimberlee (Dennis) LaChance, Susan Grace (Rick) Jones,&nbsp;Joseph Owen (Kim) Rosier;&nbsp;his best friend of 40 years and longtime caregiver, Wayne Reynolds; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation: Friends may visit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2024, at George Renner &amp; Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2024, at George Renner &amp; Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.</p><p><br></p><p>Burial will be immediately following at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.</p><p><br></p>
