<p>Tamsey Moore, 65, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2024.</p><p><br></p><p>She was preceded in death by her parents, James "Sonny" Clark and Julia Hays.</p><p><br></p><p>Tamsey was the life of the party and loved the Richmond music scene. Over the years, you could find her dancing and singing along with her favorite local musicians. Tamsey never met a stranger and could talk for hours to anyone about anything. She was always up for an adventure, no matter the time of day or night, and regardless of the destination.</p><p><br></p><p>She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Jay Moore; devoted lifelong friend, Rhonda Peters; as well as a host of extended family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>A special thanks to Suncrest Hospice for their compassionate care.</p>June 14, 1959 - August 26, 202406/14/195908/26/2024
