She departed this earthly life on August 23, 2024. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mary Ann graduated from Lumberton Senior High and attended Winston-Salem State. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She was preceded in death by her maternal parents, Phyllis Rigsby and her adoptive parents, James and Catherine McNeill. </p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She leaves to cherish her memories to her three children, Christopher Smith of Fairmont, NC; Melanie Pickett and Monique McNeill both of Lumberton, NC; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, her siblings, Bishop Cleveland Bridges (Betty), Joan Harley (James), Pastor Tyrone Rigsby (Bertha), Melvin Rigsby, Verne Rigsby, Stella Baldwin (Cedrick), Gwen Vaught, Paul McDuffie (Robbie) and a host of other relatives and friends. </p><p>&nbsp; </p>
