<p>William “Bill” Lloyd Walker, age 66, of Greenville passed away Saturday morning, April 27, 2024 at his home following an illness. He was born on August 4, 1957, the son of Charles and Sadie (Richards) Walker. Bill attended Greenville High School with the class of 1975. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley University and then his Master’s in public administration from Central Michigan University. Bill retired from AAA Insurance in 2023. He was a past member of the Greenville Lions Club and a current member of St. Charles Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Walker in 2010; and son, Adam Walker on December 7, 2021. Surviving him are his children, Lindsey Walker of Traverse City, and Alex Walker of Birmingham, MI; mother, Sadie Walker of Greenville; brother, Chuck (Cathy) Walker of Jackson, MI; nephew, Matthew (Sarah Bradford) Walker; niece, Jenni (Aaron) Chase of Portage, and their boys Sawyer and Sullivan; and fiancé Maureen Kubitskey of Greenville, and her children. The Memorial Mass for Bill will take place at St. Charles Catholic Church on Wednesday June 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Rev. James Wyse will preside as celebrant. Visitation will take place at Hurst Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Interment at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery will immediately follows services at the church. Family invites guests to join them for a luncheon and time of fellowship following the burial at Greenville First Church of God. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Charles Catholic Church.</p>
