She accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age and united with the Heard Bethel Baptist

Willie J. Johnson.
A Time to Serve and a Time to Sow
She later became a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Newnan, GA, where she served for forty-
five plus years. She served with the following ministries: Sunday school teacher, director and
teacher for Vacation Bible School, Bible Classes, a member of the Senior Mission, Mother’s Board,
and various choirs.
Mrs. Johnson began the youth ministry, women ministry, children church, and started a nursery at
Zion Hill. She was a member of the United Christian Civics Auxiliary (UCCA) club and a willing

Well Done
Oh, to hear those words when we see His face,
At the end of time in that glorious place.
We’ll bow before Him, worshipping our King,
As we hear the host of angels sing.
A crown of righteousness awaits we’re told,
For our faithfulness within the fold;
But at His feet our crown we’ll cast,
When our wonderful Saviour we meet at last.
Yes, face to face we’ll see Him there,
The one who died, our sins to bear.
He made the way for our spiritual birth,
And abundant life upon the earth.
As we enter into glory with our merciful King,
Along with the angles we’ll eternally sing…
Praises to His name for His marvelous grace,
Enabling us to enter His Holy Place –
And as faithful servants who’ve received God’s Son,
We’ll hear his voice say to us… “Well Done”.
“His Lord said unto him, well done
thou good and faithful servant”
(Matt. 25:21)
Acknowledgement
Perhaps you sang a lovely song or sat quietly in a chair; perhaps you sent beautiful flowers, if so, we
saw them there. Perhaps you sent or spoke kind words, as any friend could say; perhaps you were
not there at all, just thought of us that day. Perhaps you prepared some tasty food, or maybe
furnished a car; perhaps you rendered service unseen, near at hand or from afar. Whatever you did
to console the heart, we thank you so much, whatever the part.
