Robert Francis Coolbrith age 87 Of Hyde Park, passed away on Monday November 16, 2020 at the VA Boston Healthcare System - Brockton Campus Hospice Residence. Born in Framingham to the late Edward Coolbrith and Agnes (Schofield) Brophy, he proudly served in the United States Air Force; He owned and operated a Boston cab, was a life-time member of the Wareham Elks Lodge, the Fogg-Roberts American Legion Post in Hyde Park, and served as the final Commander of the William P. Doyle VFW Post. He was predeceased by his parents, wife Anne (Viola) Coolbrith, partner Marie Bremmer, and daughter Linda Pendleton. Beloved father of Robert (Elizabeth) Coolbrith of Davis, CA; Jane (Tom) Barboza of E. Wareham; Elaine Coolbrith (David Morrow) of Waltham; Joan Gifford of Wareham and Laurel Fralick of Lexington. Loving "Papa" to grandchildren Annemarie, Clint, Matt, Kim, Elise, and James; and great-grandchildren Justyce, Nikko, Kassidy, and Julius.
